I am obsessed with well-being and it has been a passion of mine for a while. You need to find the recipe that's right for you. The only way to do that is to try things. Figure out what helps you relax it could be yoga, sound baths or time in nature.
Consider challenging thoughts when you feel you can't do the yoga class or exercise try doing it anyway and see what the impact is on you after. You may find that after doing this a few times you notice a change in your thoughts. This means not only have you done something that will make your body feel better you have also started training your brain to help you continue.
